POWER PREGNANCY PROGRAM
Soon after I fell pregnant with my son Archie, I realised that there were not many consistent, RELIABLE resources out there when it comes to training whilst pregnant. This is EXACTLY why I created the POWER pregnancy program.

As an experienced athlete, Registered Nurse & Qualified pre- and postnatal coach, I wanted to create a comprehensive, yet easy to understand program on how to safely and effectively strength train during pregnancy.

The TRUTH is that... it isn’t so much about “right” or “wrong” exercises to do, but rather, how to manipulate certain variables and make modifications to best accommodate your body.
This 40-week training program includes:

Training program specifically designed for each trimester (40 weeks total)
-
Pregnancy safe exercises & modifications
